Our Scotts Valley Kitchen is a 4,800 sq ft licensed commercial kitchen filled with light and large areas. It is a shared space that can be used by up to 20 businesses at a time. We have 8 prep stations – 8 sinks and 7 tables that are rented hourly. Included with hourly rental is access to cooking equipment. All stationary equipment, including ovens, stock pot burners, the fryer, and more. must be reserved. All small wares, pots, mixers, cutting boards, rolling racks, etc. can be used on a first-come first-served basis. Cold, Frozen and Dry Storage is reserved and rented separately, priced monthly.
