We have room for ongoing processors, chefs and short term canners.  The kitchen has 3 ovens, 3 cooktops 2 refrigerators with freezers, 1 stand alone  freezer and room for storage.  We also have a 12 ft prep table and a 6 ft prep table in the big kitchen. In the little kitchen is an 8 ft work and prep table, a 4 ft sq  work table and an education room for classes and hands on instruction.
