It is fitted with commercial Rational oven, Groen 40 gallon steam kettle, 2 burner gas candy stove, Hollymatic patty maker which has a capacity of 1200 patties per hour, Groen 30 gallon braising pan (tilt skillet), Henny Penny blast freezer, soup /stock chilling unit, walk in freezer, 2 walk in cool rooms, food processor, Hobart legacy 60 quart standing mixer, and separate dry storage, and packaging areas.

There is a Produce wash sink, a three compartment sink and 10 Stainless Steel Food Preparation Tables. We use Ecolab chemicals and sanitizers.

Our facility is licensed by the Agriculture and Marketing dept. Of New York state. We are in the process of getting certified by a third party food safety audit company.
