Ocean State Concessions Commissary is a split use combined 750 square foot commissary kitchen, fully health inspected. It is a combination production kitchen(500 sq ft) and a prep kitchen(250 sq ft). Tenants may rent one the other or both depending upon their business needs. It is a shared kitchen with shared hours and exclusive hours availible.

  • Prep cooks, prepping for local businesses

  • Fenced, locked, gated lot with cameras and electric for food truck storage.
  • Dry storage, cold storage, freezer storage for regular kitchen users. 
  • Pots, pans, smallwares and basic utensils readily availible in kitchen.
  • 24 hour availibility
  • Kitchen manager to contact with any changing schedule needs.
  • Clean working areas maintained daily.
  • Over 200 square feet of stainless steel table top working space, great for doing multiple things at a time (prepping, cooking, finishing, packaging)
