We run a small candy business and have our own kitchen facility in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. However, we don’t usually use the space on evenings or weekends. In addition, we do most of our business in the fall and winter and will have more shifts available during the summer. We have a few very small tenants now, but we’d like to get more exposure and find a few more tenants. We have a two-deck oven, gas stove, electric induction burners, three-compartment sink, walk-in fridge, and plenty of storage space. We have some specialty candy equipment as well that we would be willing to let some tenants use, provided they are adequately trained by us.
