East End Incubator Kitchens is 4th Street Market’s ten fully equipped rental kitchens ideally designed for artisanal and small scale food production, personal chefs and caterers. East End Incubator Kitchens offer six traditional facilities, three dedicated solely to gluten free products, and one specifically for confectionary work. Each kitchen is fully self contained in that the food maker is not sharing their space with another and features public viewing windows into the market. These commercial kitchens may be rented by the hour, day, or month, utlilizing access to the market’s 8000 square foot basement which includes a commissary, dry storage, cold storage and a packing/labeling room. Food makers will also have the opportunity to showcase and test market their products in Honor Roll, 4th Street Market’s on-site spcialty food shop. East End Incubator Kitchens has partnered with Food Centricity, a business accelerator focused solely to assist artisans in successfully entering into this extrememly competitive sales arena.
