I am developing a general commercial kitchen in the downtown area of Columbia, South Carolina. We are planning a catering kitchen with range, etc… and a bakers kitchen with ovens, proofer, etc… Each area of the kitchen will be for rent by purchasing hours each month or scheduling special events. I am working as fast as possible to get the kitchen built. It is February 2012 now. I hope to be open to trucks and carts by April and caters and bakers as soon after that as possible.
