I have two adjoining restaurants.  A shabu shabu spot and a winebar.  The food for both restaurants come out of one big kitchen. The dish pit area has two 3 compartment sinks.  The main area has two prepping tables, two lowboys, small fryer, grill, flat top, 2 ovens, 6 top stove, 2 candy burners, a fridge, a walk-in and walk-in freezer.  I am open 7 nights a week.  However, for lunch only one side is open, the shabu side. Which doesn’t take up too much space in the kitchen. (We keep our slicer outside). I can rent out my kitchen 7 days a week anytime from 10am-4pm and prices will vary from $60-90 an hour depending on when and how often you need it.  Please feel free to email me for any further questions.
