We are moving production off-site to a USDA facility and have a remaining 18 months on our lease at the old Pfizer building. Our kitchen here is set up primarily for baking, but includes ample refrigeration and prep space, freezer space (and optional walk-in space), a sheeter, mixer, double oven, and double sink. In addition to that equipment we have a full compliment of pots, pans, and tools. The space is newly renovated and has floor to ceiling windows for plenty of light and air. We ask $2000/mo, and a signed sublease agreement (reviewed by building management).
