Commissary commercial kitchen available hourly for $20/hr. This sunny and clean kitchen offers teaching space as well as lots of food preparation space and options. Reserve per event or sign up for a 6 hour per month mimimum sublease option that includes storage and 24/7 access with first come, first served scheduling on a shared calendar. The kitchen equipment includes a 20-qt Hobart mixer, a 2.5 qt food processor, commercial immersion blender, a regular blender, a 6 burner gas range with regular oven underneath, and a double stack gas convection oven with 12 full sheet pan capacity. We also have lots of full and half sheet pans, hotel pans, pots, saute pans, mixing bowls, and other smaller equipment available for common use. We have a small automatic dishwasher plus the standard commercial three compartment sink system.
