We're a public community of professional chefs and private kitchen owners who come
here to network in order to help their respective businesses grow. There are numerous
food professionals in the US wanting to pursue a food-based business, yet they often
find that start up costs for tools and equipment are out of their reach. Couple
this with the strict food preparation ordinances in some areas, and it can be extremely
difficult to get a small food-based business up and running. Then you have all those
who did make the investment in the facilities and equipment necessary for a food
business, but frequently have difficulties maintaining the high overhead they've
incurred. No matter how you slice it, looking for a commercial kitchen to cook from,
